Hi L`m you have some bug with phone verification sistem, i press button call me and receive pin , i enter correct pin and upload my ID , and on next page i got message :

You applied successfully, but we still had to evaluate your signup.
However this signup was fraud since you already received the money on another account about a month ago.

After passing the phone verification, and intered the right code, i have try to upload the ID, but it was too big, about 3.4 MO, an error page come and tell me that there's a problem, i tried to do it again but this time, when i try to repeat the steps, i have a problem on the phone, no phone call.
So what i have to do , can i send to the support directly a scan of my ID ?

Im having serious trouble validating my partypoker account to receive money. When liquidpoker tries to send me money, i get an email from partypoker saying that the transfer failed, and i need to validate my email and update my profile. So i do that and try again, but i keep geting the same email telling me to do it all over again, so i dont know what to do anymore.

And i dont know if this information is relevant, but i just got 20 dollars out of nowhere in my account, and bizzarely cant use it (it says americans cant play cash games, at least strange since im not american).

Only accounts that registered after around January 15 will get it.

This really sounds like an issue on partypoker, we do not have access to any of their data so i have no idea what is going on. I advice you to mail info@partypoker.com and explain this situation.
