Refer a friend is usually paid out in the first week of the month, this month it will be done monday (the 5th)

Yes its taking reallyyyyyy tooo long i think about 15 days.. I hope you will finish investigation before 5th whan expect refferal payout and you will count it like february refferals.

the refferal that signd up in the first days of the mounth (before the refferal payout ) will be payed monday too ?

can I get in touch with the staff somehow? because of this little error (typing in the wrong account name accidentally) I'm stuck in the process for like half a week. I don't want to bother anyone but I've got holidays and wanted to play this promotion so badly!

okay, I'll sum up my problem so that the admin hopefully can resolve it when he looks into the thread again.
I accidentally typed in a wrong account name into the registration form. My real account name is LastTryJPW. I already uploaded my ID and got the registration call. But I got a error message from the bot because of the wrong account name. I deleted all my PM's so I can't edit my information. Reregister is not an option, because the system tells me ''duplicate entry''.
I hope you can help me now.

menfc - signups done in the first days of next month are not paid out for the previous one. signups that did register for the promotion on, for example, the 31th and receive the money on the 1st are paid out for the previous month.
