I am sorry for this, partypoker seems to be doing this lately with accounts with the free 50$
All you have to do is call them though, you can find their number here: http://pt.partypoker.com/help/
They will ask you for your accountname, firstname , lastname and date of birth.

Please keep me updated on this, like how the phone call goes and if they were helpful or not.

that is because your signup is denied, it's important you use your own identity

If you don't answer the phone they mark you fraud
Please call them http://pt.partypoker.com/help/ and all you have to give them is your name and date of birth

1 raked hand=1 CASH GAME (not tournamnet) hand, with minimum $1 pot
click Real Balance->Bonus details to see how many hanc you already played
