I'd take this if I were playing NL200 for more than a year and cant beat it for a decent winrate. Not my case
EDIT: I really wanna take it, but I dont think I'ts worthy to me. Plus I cant afford the 10K hands a week |

I have a question for Myth. What makes you think you are worth this type of coaching deal? This is not saying you aren't and I am not trying to be rude by any means. All I am saying is within the last two months, I am pretty sure you were playing 1/2 and 2/4. Then you have a monster cash in a tournament and now you are worth someone paying you thousands of dollars for coaching at a level you were either still playing or one level up from that. Also it was not like you were playing 2/4 successfully for a year. This is all just my opinion and I am sure your coaching will be valuable to some person. I just find it questionable that you make the insistence of students having 6k+ in their BR and play at least 1/2 when you were at the very least barely removed from this profile within the last few months. |

i earlier stated i think myth would be a great coach because altho he doesnt necessarily have the experience at the higher limits, he obv has a terrific understanding of the conecepts needed to be a winner even at higher stakes. u can tell from his posts (altho often long winded hehe) that he has a great poker mind. just because someone doesnt play high stakes doesnt mean they aren't good or qualified to coach (ex. talented tom one of the bes tplayers on PS and doesnt play that high). i think u would find most highly regarded players on LP would agree that myth would be a good qualified coach for middle stake NL players.
also he is a long term winner there so obv not soemone riding a heater and might not play high stakes for personal reasons

i would insta apply if it was 5/10 and 10/20 .. its weird to think about geting coaching from a coach who plays the same stakes as you (obv there are ppl who crushed high stakes and moved down for personal reasons, then this doesnt apply) |

corwin is qualified to teach someone how to move from 1/2 to 3/6 undoubtedly.
also, in earnest the fact that he plays/played the stakes recently benefits you because he has pertinent information on the regs etc. and how the games play TODAY not six months ago. |

I would also ask if I were going to consider this opportunity (I am not considering it fyi) to see his pt database that as you guys claim, will undoubtedly show him beating 1/2 , 2/4 and 3/6 for a large win rate over a large sample size. I just think for him to be so specific and demanding of the quality and level of student he is looking for as well as being so expensive, his qualifications should not be questionable to anyone, particularly if he is looking for the best student possible. |

I think this is something that he should be showing a potential student if that student decides to apply.
Not something he should just flawnt around to everyone. His reputation enough should be respected and if stats are something that you want, maybe this is something you should PM him with.
I think that posting this is kinda .. i dunno disrespectful? I'm not hating... just saying that i don't think this post should be in this thread. |
