Yup, another one.
I got my 2nd booster yesterday because my mom wanted me to. I actually got all sorts of side effects today at work and it was pretty miserable. I came home took some Tylenol and had a nap and I feel a lot better. This is the first time I've had a reaction to the Covid shots. Better than being welded into your home at gun point.
I just write these things like jerking off. It's maybe a little fun or cathartic for a little while then I click post and shoot my load and the world turns.
And the expected outcome is for lostaccount to spam stuff and hiems to say some stupid stuff and try to attack me.
I actually don't have much to say. My life is pretty simple and boring these days. Has been for a while. Guitar and video games are fun until they are not. I read books. I haven't been spending much money.
I keep considering playing poker again. The starter costs seem too high though. I mean I need a desktop to run solvers. A desktop to play poker. 30'' screen. Move to Pittsburgh. I would ideally start at 100 NL or 200 NL so I need a bankroll.
When I started playing poker I think people were weary as they just assumed I would be a lawyer or a teacher. I think it might actually be wiser for me to play poker now because I am stuck in retail hell with no foreseeable way to improve my position.
5ptbb/100 @ 200 NL is 20c/hand. 30k hands a month is 360,000 hands in a year which would be $72,000/year.
I currently make $31,200/year. With inflation that is not great and I don't know how to increase this figure at this point. I just don't know how to do it. How does one get out of retail hell?
So, I play video games to blot out the consciousness but they are good video games. They are fun. I am wasting my life away on video games. This seems to be a philosophical choice I have made. Strap me in to the experience machine.
The Sky Is Pink by Nathan Fake is a great song. iop sent me the Holden Remix version seemingly so long ago back when we would share songs on MSN and Spotify was just in it's infancy. I regret not going to Sweden.
I don't know what it will take to turn it around. I just have a pessimistic outlook on life and my life. Would I be that happier if I made $40,000 or $50,000? $70,000? $200,000?
I actually don't know if I could make much playing poker these days. I don't know if I would be hungry with the solvers but they are super interesting. I put in a lot of work on Pro Poker Tools back in the day which is so archaic and also a lot of math regarding bankroll management and variance. The problem is I already burnt out on poker I am not sure if there is any turning back.

Lol u don't need a fancy solver to beat 25nl genius.
Notice wit ur communist activities such as playing guitar u do everything in ur power 2 make it work..."all I needZ is a student guitar"
Yet in poker all of the sudden u start talking about all this shit u don't need and don't want to come up with any ways to work around the problem lol wat a joke. |

How did you quit alcohol when your life obviously sucks? I'd like to save money and move to another country for a while, but all my money goes to fast food and alcohol. I tried AA, but I find it ridiculous because of the higher power bullshit. |

Anyway if u want to do poker
There's a ton of free resources
Plenty of ppl here 2 help u
U don't need solver to beat micros and even 100nl u are probably better of having modern preflop down pat and watch some videos on solver based postflop and more importantly mass exploit fish
U don't need to move to pa for 25nl 50nl just play on ignition
Edit: I think gtowizard and similar software are bad in alot of ways because it lends itself to very bad habits but if ur broke monthly paying for that is a fine option... |

My life probably sucks as much as u and rikd in a lot of ways. Aside from having an income and savings I'm basically dreaming of the same thing u are (moving to another country)
I keep sane i guess from being able to continue pursuing online poker in NJ regulated pool and treating myself to a vacation every few months. |

31k is a lot of money, just buy some Tesla stocks or silver n gold bullion. Well I don’t even spend that much money anymore. I got all the material things I need san some car toys. Wtf u do with ur money? Now all I need is gas insurance some food n drinks, a little new clothes and I’m good. Maybe I’ll try clubbing once to see if I like it but honestly I don’t even think I like clubbing anymore. Bruh I spend like 4-6 hours in nature now. Nice walks, hit some golf balls which is at most 15-20$ for 3 hours or entertainment. |

You a good cook? Cooking is fun and u save a lot of money. I can cook pretty decent so I enjoy cooking and doing culinary arts. I save a lot of money not buy expensive coffee from Starbucks now too. N make tea at home. I use to buy so much take out stuff. Now I do a lot of that myself n I’m saving a tonne. Rarely eat out unless buddies want to. |

Now I have lots of time since I don’t grind anymore, I find ways to save money. I even started a veggie garden n flower garden. Learn to survive on ur own. I’m gonna learn more survival skills too. Poker is fun once in awhile but it isn’t worth it if I’m making 20-30$ an hour. To sit there for so long, ur health gets worst. Posture is bad n eyes hurt. |

If u drive n have a car, u can do Uber eats or skip the dishes. In my city I think u can make 300$ a day 8 hours. But after gas insurance etc ur averaging 25-30$ an hour. I would rather do that than play poker. |

I spend less than 4 digits a month now. Don’t have 2 many expenses. I only buy what is necessary now. No more expensive accessories or cigars or alcohol. I use to spend a lot on non essentials. |

Haha I guess I leech off my dad if I want to drink some expensive liquor cuz I ain’t spending money on expensive liquor. I usually buy 15-20$ wine, crown royal, wisers, Gibson etc 30-40$ bottle for 750ml. A bottle last me like 2 weeks |

I never been to AA so I don’t know what they teach but I believe in a higher power. I think 4 u, u need to try to meditate more to relax ur mind. I use to drink a decent amount but not AA level. I meditate as much as I can. |

I just assumed you need to study solvers to beat 200 NL so why wouldn't I start off the right way? |
