You should probably just check this river, there isn't any value to be gained and after you check turn with that many draws you look pretty weak. If he check call flop with that then it's not the type of river he is likely gonna fold after everything miss.

he doesnt check/call flop. he cbets flop, checks turn and c/c river.

I could also take this line for value with hands like KQ or maybe QQ. So honestly I dont mind my bluff here toooo much since I can balance it.

But the amount of hands that I call 3b, check turn & bet river with are very small. So actually I can see a reason for a call in his position.

Except that we dont have much history together and he's calling with a f*cking underpair.

Didn't see he cbet but it's rather similar in the end. And yeah it's not a good call by him but still, I think checking river is better. You don't have much history so look him up, then you know: he doesn't know you don't bet here often and he probably thinks you missed draw and wouldn't bet anything under like AT here.
