I said there's a possibility that usada is corrupt, I don't think Costa did any steroid use for 253, but it's possible
people think he's on roids because of his physique, but he already had the same physique back in TUF, maintaining the physique after building it with steroids is not hard

how the fuck anybody would know the answer for these questions 100% without any inside info?

No cos I'm in agreement. I think there are corrupt people behind USADA and everybody in the UFC has some to high probability of PED use. And not just the UFC, in all sports organizations.
