Large left-wing media organization is systematically taking over local TV stations and feeding them scripts? No, that isn't happening.

At this point there are literally only 3 options for the "attack" to have happened:

A) Israel gassed Civillians
B) USA gassed civillians (highly unlikely even if they do like to create their own false flags)
C) False flag - by false flag I mean there was an attack but it did not have any chemical weapons, since the attack itself has been confirmed as far as I understand and this is the most likely scenario.

Time to remove ur tinfoil hat...

correct answer:

-> D) Assad gassed their own population <-

Creating unnecessary civil wars in every possible country in the middle east. k.

In fact, just read how many people the USA has killed both own and "enemies" since WW II civilians included. You'll be surprised, the middle east deserves a Nobel peace prize compared to USA's doings. Then again I doubt you will, since you're blindly following beliefs, which is fine, thats why I agree that you guys deserve your president. The government is usually a good projection of the masses of a country, not in the way people think though.

VanDerMeyde, as usual, your post is retarded and you lack rational and critical thinking, not to mention evidence or any type of hard data... Not really a surprise though, thats like 95% of your posts about politics.

You cant seriously believe Bashar Al-Assad would gas children for no military gain, jeopardizing his position as leader of his country risking an US intervention.

He like most brutal leaders are rational in the pursuit of their goals, of course they are machiavellian psychopaths, but Assad is a smart and educated man, he is not an idiot clicking buttons.

Just having this discussion is a bit weird, you need to get your head out of your ass and stop taking what military intelligence claims at face value, when it suits their interest, come on.

dictators do tend to be rational actors. But he can still be gassing his population for no military gain, just to set an example of 'what will happen the next time you guys feel like rebelling'- sorta. Machiavellian is on point - and you'd see way way more examples of medieval feudal lords or kings punishing their own population indiscriminately after an attempted rebellion of sorts than you do with modern leaders. But it can be likened to Saddam gassing kurds after the first gulf war.

Basically it can totally be Assad even without him getting personal enjoyment out of it or whatever. He perceives the rebellion as crushed, the US as unwilling to really engage in regime change, and wants to set an example for any future would-be rebels.

This new breed of authoritarians are psychopaths but not Machiavellian psychopaths. There's no strategic masterplan here, their rise and stranglehold on power is based on the simple principle of tirelessly attacking their opponents, whether its accusations, assassination, or war. It can work and appear rational for a while (when you're at a table full of nits) but eventually, like so many dictators throughout history, you crash and burn. And I have no idea why you think Assad is smart, merely because he went to medical school? Its akin to saying "Trump is smart, he's a businessman".

If you were following the news at all, which you weren't, you would know that the story didn't break as a result of US intelligence it was from video (of dead people) posted by Syrians there at the scene. Incredibly, Russia and the Syrian government rather than try and place the blame elsewhere just claims it didn't happen. This is despite the fact that you have hundreds of sick people coming into hospitals with toxic symptoms as reported by the World Health Organization. Russia and Syria aren't even trying hard when the lie, yet some people are still gullible enough to believe them, and others wish to construct their own fantasies (it was the Jews!) because saying things on the internet is fun.

OPCW confirms Novichok was the substance that was used in the attack against Skripal, get rekt Russia. NATO played their cards right and now Russia is gonna experience the worst years for them since the "end" of the cold war.

When you post lunatic conspiracy theories about Israel/USA/the west the burden of proof is on your side.

When it comes to proof about Assad using chemical weapons against their own population, google is your friend:

List of "peaceful protesters" shot by Israel lately:

7 operatives from Hamas’ Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades
1 operative of the military wing of the Islamic Jihad, Saraya al-Quds
2 activists of Katayef al-Maqawama al-Wataniya al-Filastina – the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine
1 operative of the al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, the military wing of Fatah’s Shahid Nakhl al-‘Amudi faction
1 Hamas security forces operative (armed)
1 military activist of the Fatah movement
1 affiliate of Shada al-Aqsa – the Shahid unit of Nabil Mas’ud – an Iranian-oriented faction
1 Hamas-affiliated operative with an orientation to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades
1 Fatah activist – it has not been proven that he is a military activist
3 without any significant organizational affiliation

Why are not everyone celebrating this ?

Oh well if some president says so its definitelty so, when have governments lied to force war before.

Also yeah, that definitely gives green light to Israel to bomb Syria, killing terrorists and bombing sovereign air bases is the same thing.

Please continue, im having a good laugh.

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/mideast/u-s-has-blood-samples-show-nerve-agent-syria-gas-n865431

WASHINGTON — The U.S. now has blood and urine samples from last Saturday's deadly attack in Syria that have tested positive for chemical weapons, according to two U.S. officials familiar with the intelligence.

The samples suggested the presence of both chlorine gas and an unnamed nerve agent, two officials said. Typically, such samples are obtained through hospitals and collected by U.S. or foreign intelligence assets on the ground. The officials said they were "confident" in the intelligence, though not 100 percent sure.

The Assad regime is known to have stocks of the nerve agent sarin, and has previously used a mixture of chlorine and sarin in attacks, say U.S. officials.

Officials also said that the U.S. has compiled intelligence from the U.S. and other countries, including images, that indicate the Syrian government was behind the weekend attack.

Now this is a reasonble way to think, while I think its stupid to act that way as I said, they can make mistakes because of emotion or simple miscalculations or whatever, perhaps Assad indeed gassed them, but also perhaps he didn't because this conflict has so moving parts its very hard to tell without having direct information and thinking on terms of "thew new breed of dictators are irrational and are randomly clicking buttons" is stupid.

Yep, lets make a comparsion.

OPCW took around 2 week to do an analysis on a chemical weapon, an organization whose expertise is exactly that, yet 2 US officials managed to somehow do it in 2 days and it just so happens that its the same chemical agent Assad previously used? Very convenient considering OPCW personnel is currently going there invited by the Russians, which would be behind the attack ( I dont count Assad as someone that makes any decisions, that whole region is between Russia and the USA now). It's also at the very moment when OPCW basically confirmed that the other chemical attack in Europe was conducted by Russia. Obviously, they could simply be buying time, if you're correct, thats not out of the question, and it is probably GTO move.

So no, I'm not gonna trust USA spies, the same people that said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and reigned chaos in the whole Arab world for the past decades. A coalition between the same nations that orchestrated the Iraq war (France, USA and UK) is being formed. When OPCW comes out with a report, thats something completely different. When an independent report comes out and confirms the chemical attack, then sure go and smash Assad to the ground, I'm cool with that.

My main problem is that we re being bombarded with propaganda by both sides, I simply wouldn't trust the media on what the "reality" is right now. Actions and rationality are the things to go by atm. What you fail to realize is that there is no "good" side here, nobody is saving anyone, its just about interests. Gonna be a fun couple of years since Syria escalation could lead to a very violent proxy war between USA and Russia. Good thing they can do it on someone else's territory.

it's insane how the media pushes this narrative that Assad is a kim jung-il tier lunatic and everyone just simply buys it.

you really only need to watch any of the interviews he's done with western outlets to realize how highly unlikely it is that he's some irrational psychopath.

Mad dog fucking Mattis said that inspectors wont be able to prove woh did it!

But it doesnt matter, the military industrial complex can't wait for another war, so Trump is going to bomb the shit out of Syria because the fucking democrats thought it would be witty to use McCartyism as a post-election strategy and now the orange chimp thinks he needs to play rough with Putin to prove he is not a Russian agent.

Now they are are going again to topple a middle eastern dictator on shitty intel about weapons of mass destruction, except tha this time the US is in a Mexican standoff with the only country in the planet with even more nuclear weapons than they have.

So thanks McNasty, VanDerMeyde and the rest of the "pacifists" morons, your collective stupidity just nudged to world a inch closer to oblilvion, hopefully when your ugly face is melting from your skull because of the radiation you think for a second "hey, perhaps a non-interventionist foreign policy was the way to go".
