Meanwhile, the team is still full of front-runners and an over-rated coach, just getting exposed by Popavich the boss and the good old Spurs.

Howard is kinda proven, took the magic to the finals by himself. Harden has been known to dissapear in big moments.

could conley being out be what portland needs to pull this series out from down 0-3? I think so

no chance griz shoot this well in any of the future games

i wonder if the world is going to overrate Lillard for another year now after making that 4-point play on national TV.

griz just own the blazers hoss. in different west conf. matchups lillard would look super sik

well griz are a tough matchup for any PG (at least when Conley's healthy) so yeah i realize he's going to look worse vs them. he might look sick vs 80 year old Jason Terry or emo-Rondo, and he could play bad vs say, the Warriors, but still put up big #s because of the pace they play at.

i still think he's overrated though, he's kind of the face of their franchise despite Aldridge clearly being a better player. i mean for guards, he got more all-star votes than RWB/Thompson/Conley, to me that seems like he's overrated.

no chance imo

their backup PG play is pretty strong (Grizz) and Calathes did a solid job on Lillard; he just hit all the contested long 2's and 3's that he missed in the first 2 games. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see MEM win by 10+ at home next game

obviously Conley being out is a huge blow however and I have a really hard time seeing them having a chance vs GSW without him. from what I understand, the facial (orbital) fracture is not as terribly seroius as it sounds and he could in fact be ready game 1 in 2nd round (sounds insane, I know)
