I liked the season finale, but they spent WAYYYYYYYY too much time on the Cersei scene.

There was a leak that showed the first 2 minutes of episode 10 and it showed what happened on previous episodes, had the scenes with benjen stark. Turns out it was a massive troll i guess

Maybe they shift a big part of the next season to the Greyjoys? Probably not but I would enjoy seeing their parts from the books

Has to be right? I came across a Norwegian article regarding the actor that plays Jon Snow. Apparantly he showed up at some event with a new haircut. Normally that wouldn't matter, but apparantly he had a clause in his contract with the show that he was not allowed to cut his hair, so the article was speculating that he might be out of the show. (in other words not ressurected by Melisandre who conveniently came back ^^)

Bran Stark -- the last of the male Stark's (right?) -- wasn't shown in season 6, so they still have his story to cover. The last we saw of him was at the end of season 5, where he travelled to the big tree with Hodor and his friends who are brother and sister. They found that random old guy under the tree.

Daenerys Targaryen was found by thousands of guys on horses at the end of season 6, who I assume are Dothraki soldiers (due to the long hair of the first guy they showed). It would make no sense to have them surround her and kill her, so I'm sure she'll probably tell them about her Dothraki past, and all those soldiers will be hers and she'll be able to go back to Meereen and meet up with her friends and kill anyone who pisses her off, and then head to wherever she wants and go back to gaining control of the world like she originally wanted to.

The entire storyline of what's happening in King's Landing with the Lannisters is still there to build off of. Now that Cersei is back in the castle and has that big ass guard by her side, she'll be able to gain control somehow and kill off the religious cult that has taken over the city (I assume she'll kill the cult leader herself during the 9th or 10th episode of the season).

Roose Bolton is now the clear leader of the North, and he'll want to expand his leadership pretty soon, especially if he sees any weakness within House Lannister.

Furthermore, there's still that tiny issue with the thousands of undead people that are making their way across the lands. They're not too far away from the Wall, so I expect them to play a big part in season 7. Since they are able to turn people into zombies within two minutes of being around them, there will be a lot of deaths in season 7, especially since it will take the humans some time to figure out how to kill the leaders of the undead people (The White Walkers).

There's other storylines, but they mainly fit in with the stuff I mentioned above.

Something was bothering me about her. She summoned a smoke monster and other such sorcery with a small amount of a bastard's blood. Yet sacrificing a princess simply made the weather improve? Bull shit. I believe she deliberately mislead Stanis, and the sacrifice was for something else.

the best episode of this season, yet really boring and almost no incentive to watch next season

here's my theory: What happened was she realized that the visions of bolton banners falling on the ground were from someone other than stannis. Probably littlefinger i guess. Then she was like 'oh shit', and ran away before shit hit the fan.

Also, to other posters. I really doubt John Snow is coming back ever, Mel cannot res people, only Thoros can. It's more likely sansa may escape to the wall with some Briene help, and tell davos and mel that rickon is alive, in which case one of them will look for Rickon. As for azor azai its probably a made up fairy tale.

I don't see Jon Snow dying at all in the series tbh

Where i found that theory, lots of the other posts, were people agreeing, confirming with quotes from the books, and other conversations of her with Jon Snow earlier, where there's lots of metaphors n stuff, she telling him he should be more wary of his closest allies, and that he might find himself stabbed in the back etc, went on a little like that.

Maybe she's had a feeling, she might have been wrong, and had a good plan B lol

yes, They really dropped the ball this season. And the finale was absolutely pathetic, bar the Walk of Shame.

I didn't understand the Stanis story line. Why build his character and story for few seasons, just so at the end to show him up as the biggest retard in history. That battle and the scene with Brien was comical.

And what was that with Sansa. Completely changing the plot with her, just so she can get banged in the ass a few times by Ramsay for shocking effect. No substance what so ever.

This season is fail and by the way things are going, next one is going to be even worse.

hmm, strange. I thought the Stannis arc was one of the best parts of the season. Dorne on the other hand seemed like a waste of time and the sand snakes made me cringe every scene they were in.
