I had 'duplicate petitions', Have been assured by 2 different people that I should be paid out +/- by the end of April.

Not the same thing but if you still have a disputed balance I'd recommend calling them regularly. I had to make 3-4 calls before I started making headway.

WOW. disputed my balance for a 2k check i never received and now it seems i will be in the back of the line and wont even be PROCESSED until AUG+. Some bullshit better not happen like they calculated or fcked up the numbers and not have enough money. affiliates should NOT be getting paid before players even if they confirmed their balance. Soo irked right now.

Please be advised that the April 1, 2014 payments were part of the first payment wave, and were issued to Petitioners approved by the Government in January 2014. These approved Petitioners timely confirmed their FTP Account Balance, but included incorrect banking information identified during the bank testing and payment process. These Petitioners previously received an email notification informing them that their Petition was approved. Petitioners who were identified by FTP as pros and/or Affiliates, or who submitted multiple, new, or disputed Petitions have not yet been approved or received payment. We anticipate an additional distribution will occur by the end of May to approximately 1,000 Petitioners who confirmed their balance prior to the deadline and did not file duplicate petitions. These Petitions were previously reviewed by the Government, but not yet approved for remission due to obviously incorrect or incomplete information. Petitioners in this category who subsequently updated their information will be forwarded to the Government for approval in the coming weeks. An email notification informing these Petitioners of their remission approval will be sent shortly before the payments are issued. GCG is also preparing to submit the next round of Petitions to the Department of Justice for review and approval. This group will likely include late confirming Petitions, Petitioners who originally submitted multiple Petitions but later withdrew their duplicative Petition, Petitioners who withdrew a dispute regarding their account balance, Affiliates who confirmed their balance and Petitioners who confirmed their account balance and recently updated their bank account information. Payments for this group are expected to be issued by the end of July. GCG continues to work with the Department of Justice to evaluate disputed and new Petitions, the eligibility of Pros, and timelines for the remainder of the distributions. Please continue to check this website for information regarding future payments to approved Petitioners. Updated 4/16/14

Another round just got the go ahead to be sent out mid June. Still no mention of players with disputed balances. I've sent a few emails to customer support and they won't even ballpark a time frame for it.

I messaged them a long time ago, about not having my security token anymore, and moving address (to another country), and my email account no longer existing. I don't think I'll be getting my money...

ive sent a few emails to customer support and cant even get a response. gonna try to forget about this shit cause even if pros get approved clearly we wouldnt get money for at least another 6+ months

I dont think you need access to your email to file a petition. you dont need anything like your token either(didnt need mine). as long as your Full Tilt account is in their database you can file a petition.

I got my refund two days ago. Not much but was surprised to say the least. Had to get a new petition number after not being included in the first round of payments... then kind of forgot to follow up after hearing new payments were going out... and from there mostly wrote it off. So... I'm happy I guess. GL everyone else, hope your refund comes soon.

hmmmmm. i wonder what "compensation provided by ftp" refers to. the FAQ says we get to keep rakeback, but will it include the $35 hourly we received? this is gonna get tricky. regardless, im assured of getting *something* back now. who knows when that will go through
