from my understanding, GCG doesnt take the money, they just distribute. DOJ keeps the rest afaik?
also, since this is a fraud remission case, you have no legal right to that money. i think the plan for a lot of people being stiffed is to just get behind the PPA and hope they can give the DOJ enough of a headache to where they pay full balances

just called again and they gave me a control and petition #. daut, i would suggest calling and talking to a claims rep if you haven't already just to see what they have to tell you. as far as my balance, the check i took out isn't included in the balance, so im going to have to dispute it.

according to this article stars is gonna finally start up business operations in jersey on the 26th of Nov...and remissions ends on the 16th of Nov... and with the clause in the DOJ deal saying they can't fire up a business within the US until they have paid back the players I would assume most people would start getting payments between the 16h and 26th of Nov...

someone please prove me wrong if i'm in anyway mistake on my facts here so I won't be sweating it out on those 10 days.

How many documents of verification did you guys submit? You think player account history is enough?

just a copy of my final balance report from ftp itself...u can access that by logging in to your ftp account normally and look up account history.

And I had a few uncashed checks from back then that I thankfully kept. So I disputed final balance and sent in copies of the checks front and back as well.

Hopefully I don't get screwed out of the amount that I had in checks ;(

When I did it there website already had the correct (to my knowledge) balance. Do you mean to ask how many documents you submit if you dispute the balance their remission website has for you?

agreed, only had to do the online form. all this documents stuff obv has to be for ppl disputing
