sux you didn't get an e-mail...that means you aren't in their system yet. I'd go ahead and file a claim anyway. make sure to have all your bank info, SSN, and last known ftp account balance data handy. if you made cash or wire cash outs that didn't go through but it's reflected in your account make sure to have those bank statements/checks ready as proof.

I would assume this is first come first serve. might as well file fast and get in line.

lot of people have been calling up who haven't gotten emails. GCG has been telling people to wait 2-3 more days since a lot of emails were getting bounced back to them. i'm guessing im in that group because I signed up for that email notification on their site and haven't received that email yet either.

im also in the same boat with a cashout prior to 4/15. i requested a check for 2k on 4/11 and never got word that it was cut or sent. i dont know what they have on file for me, but im guessing itll be less the 2k. no doubt ill be including that 2k when i do file my claim. ive waited this long, i dont mind waiting a few extra days to work out some details

you were supposed to get one between the 16-18th. they said a good amount were bounced back, and they are resending them over the next 2-3 days.

I got an email for an account that I closed down... wtf? the one I had open that actually had money i didnt get an email for. WTF

Fwiw, I also requested a cash-out for $2.2k before the European FTP went down which wasn't processed or anything. In the end it was in my account when FTP went back online for the non-US market.

Good chance your cash-out is still in your account.

Just called them again and they instructed me to wait another 5-7 days from when I sent them an email (sept 19th) for a response. He says they've been inundated with emails. Asked what happens when I get no email and I call them back on Friday - what do they do? After stumbling for a few seconds, he said they'd escalate it the issue, but couldn't explain what escalating the issue actually does.

I hate having to do it, but squeaky wheel gets the oil. Anyone else who didn't get a petition # having any luck?

If you were complaining about a burnt steak sandwich, I'd understand you. You're talking about your money on a 'legitimate' gambling site. I'd be going balls to the wall getting my money back.

Just got email today with petition and control number after sending out four different emails requesting an email since the 16th.

A past or present Team Full Tilt player" ( which means FTP Red Pros ) And before you try to tell me that there is an "FTP remission" thread: 1. This is not about some issues like someone didnt get their e-mail or where to place your claim or will players get $ for their FTP points. 2. The public shoudl be outraged and it should be stressed that some people won't get their money even though their only "sin" was they had higher rakeback offered by FTP. 3. It's PokerStars who gave this money for the players and i think they should at least comment on this issue. 4. I think our industry should aspire to higher standards than this and it should be discussed in separate thread. (I am from Europe so I am not involved in remission process )

Not sure if there's legally something to be done, but if i were you Daut i'd seek some legal council to check if there is.
