Jason's room; he's got the master bedroom and bath cause he outbid me on it.
Some buddies on our terrace equipped with zero gravity chairs and a hammock. Jason's the one on the left in the first pic.

quick guess I'd say its 1100 or less sq ft. If you make chicago a non-factor and just give +points to the glass door kitchen and outdoor bbq/walkway-view where they have those lawn chairs then I'd price this at around $1600/month or less |

Airsoft products are illegal in Chicago I believe, so it's not practical to live in Chicago and drive to our warehouse in Morton Grove. We'd probably be late all the time.
Plus, we actually grew up in the suburbs so family and friends are really close. We're literally like 1 block away from the highway too so we can get to Chicago pretty easily. |
