If he's insane as you say and capable of doing this with AAxx/PP + FD/weaker Q's then I think you get it in without thinking twice about it for 100bbs. I can't imagine it'll be correct to fold after investing 20% very often.

He's 40/30 with like 14% 3bet, and he's down a lot of money as far as I know, I guess if he can still have AAXX with fd it becomes clear get in... Bah stupid pair in my hand =.=

well i think you know you can't fold vs this type of player but also make note of his hand at showdown. if he played AQ+ this way that means you can bluff-raise and semibluff draws on paired boards against him more confidently in the future.

well he's lost a good bit more than that in cash games overall (possibly not including rakeback)
