bet more on flop, like .15 or even more. You'll get calls from worse np. I think I'd call because fuck him it's only 44bb and he can very well have AX. Alex is a bit worrisome I guess but he can be on a Q, small A, fd or gs.

Yeah watched the hand and they showed up with AT and A9.
But I feel like such a donk when button has AK. Small reraise by shortstacks are likely to be for value. Draws they shove imho. But AK he would 3-bet pf I guess. So like 66 or AQ where options, or, what he had, AT.

But flop-bet should have been bigger

I think I usually find some kind of value or 'value' hand when they shove in spots like these. I'm not sure on that though. I find the small raises like these aren't always better hands than our current holdings. Like I see all sorts of stupid shit with the min raises. Sometimes it's air followed by 3 barrels of super small bets, sometimes it's nuts, sometimes it's a draw, sometimes they check minraise with underpairs (why?????).

I think If I got it in with this hand and lost I'd just be like "well that happens"

This hand is 100% villian dependent. And i think unless you know both players this spot is not important
