those are 40 mg Opanas. semi-synthetic morphine derivative. the molecule is oxymorphone. it is the most powerful opiate narcotic in the United States (and maybe the world??). This last month it was reformulated to an abuse proof version so it is now impossible to snort the pills (oral bio availability is 10% but nasal is 40% so they are far stronger that way and everyone even legit pain patients mostly all railed them). I never had a drug problem till I came across these. They make oxycontin look like tylenol.
one pill is like a fking gram of heroin and after 2 days you will get withdrawals shits crazy. In fact everyone I know that does this shit prefers it to heroin. In the 60s it was on the market but too many pharmacies got robbed and it was crazy so they discontinued it. Back then it was only 10mg pills.
So then Endo thought it would be a good idea to bring it back in 40mg strengths. lol
