None of those stats and reads matter, just use the hand calculator to see if it's the right call or not.

Not even close to loose call imo. If he 3bets pre flop, he should not be folding this flop ever, as its like one of the best flop ever for his hand. (yeah oesd would be nicer but still). Saying that, i would rather flat pre, more likely he wont spazz out in standard pots.

I prefer a call pre, but I can see u want to iso this guy, this is also ok if u have 3 bet squeezing machines to act after you. This is fine.
