can you explain this? isnt the Q a good card for his range(Q8 and Q9 now have a pair and alot of his hands have added SD equity)? or are you thinking he will be semi bluffing with has like A9/T9/Kx here alot?

he never raises the Jx KQ Q9 etc type hands

and i dont think he raises any straights

not sure if i like my play but i just dont think he ever calls here to chase any straightdraw since his draws shoukd be drawing dead

basically he is repping JT+, and thats only JT JQ in his range im beazt by here, he always 3bet the big pockets and never raises worse in fear of AK+ from me, since he cant have AK himself

and i think he got some A highs, lower opckets maybe some random T8 turning self into bluff

risking 1700 to win 2200, think he wont float with a hand like i dunno A9 or something

(since A9 is drawing dead already and no1 bluffs here so i think it would be pretty terrible for him to continue with a hand like that, or T9 type hands

i see the logic in your 3 bet on the turn. but what about the initial turn bet - he should be calling this turn a decent % and there are a load of rivers you dont really want to bluff?
i dont play HU but in this spot in 6 max i just prob give up after flop cbet when this turn hits...

thanks for your comments on the hands you play btw

haah yea giveing up w bottom of range here is good but i just felt he would fold river to a bomb so often

he is the type to raise flop very very often w Jx here

its not like i barrel here with 100% of my range everytime, its more villain specific and vacuum/gameflow oriented how i pick my barrelspots and ranges, im not a static player when i pick my ranges, with enough amounts of history it becomes more important to kinda play more balanced etc

like from a gameteory perspective if i barrel 43o here i should barrel 100% of hands, and thats pretty bad betting a 85% range 3 streets on boards like these

need to pick ur spots like a ninja!

against a reg i have more respect/history with im not barreling here w 43o
