never fold flop for 1/4 pot...

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

fold river as played.

dont think that turn nutted you up because it is actually really good for over half of his range and not really all that great for you. For this reason (and also to be able to check/call some value hands along with my draws) i check/call here as much if not more than i would lead it

plus its 4 ways to the flop and he could have nuts more than you when you checkcall the minbet on the flop

looks okayish but the river is a clear cut fold. people dont ever bluff here, ever (at least at these limits)
