I would valuebet the river as well, He can have a lot of hands you're ahead of that might call, AJ, AT, Q9, 99, jj, maybe 88, 77. Not sure if I would have made it half pot, read dependant, just by looking at the HH id make it 18,5, feels like a sweet spot to get called by all the hands I wrote down.
(Write note, he calls flop, turn with decent size bets with 1 over and a gutshot )
