If a villain raises me on the flop when I have a set, unless he is just the spewiest of the spewy and can do it fairly often with air, I'm going to get the money in. Especially with 150bb stacks. Maaaybe a pair of jacks plays it this way, but I doubt it. I see a club draw that hit, or air. That is going to have to be decided by stats, table dynamics, image, etc. Probly not often that he is messing around on a board like this with 150bb stacks imo.
