Don't like the way you played it, if you opt to flat the raise preflop then you have to resign yourself to the fact that you're not going to win a big pot on this board. You should call his c-bet and proceed accordingly on the turn. Raising this board will fold out all hands that you beat, except with the possibility of AQ (however facing heat with AQ on this board in the villains position given the preflop action is a really bad spot in itself, so you'll probably fold AQ too).
