I wouldn't even cbet vs a cold-caller there. You have the best hand or he's never folding ;o

this guy is like 67/19/3. Rgdng the cbet, it was sort of to block him from becoming aggro on the turn, since he has the tendency to go into rambo mode when I check and i thought i have the best hand a fair amount of the time, or might hit my overs on turn or river. He cold calls 3bets with all kind of random crap.

I thought if i dont hit on turn. I could play like check/check and might bluff catch river if he fires.

disregard everything i said, i forgot he ch/raised. those where kind of my reasoning for cbetting. But then i called cause the ch/raise was so small.

I agree checking back the flop is much better

Well if he goes rambo on turn I'd be even MORE inclined to check back because then I can safely call turn and probably call river.
