anything wrong with this? i put him on KK QQ or AA pf, and AA less likely since A floped, and he was supposed to fold KK and QQ... o.o

Flush draw and a gutshot is 12 outs twice. So you are a dog in the hand when you go all in but not a super big one. (12/47) + (12/46)*(35/47)= 45% to win. Plus he might fold, so QQ and KK are likely to fold (though if he's a smart player he may have seen this as the semi-bluff it was because you went all-in and didn't seem interested in keeping customers). So the move itself is reasonable.

I just think he had a good read on you.

Calling that reraise I think is a bit overzealous.

no, i realized later that he was a fish who couldnt fold
the whole point of my bet is so that he can fold hands like that
