Was this the right call anyone??? Thanks for your help - i figured pot odds told me to call right? He was short stacked

I think your bets are too weak pf and on the flop... When that ace hits on the turn, you're pretty likely to be behind. Youve got 6 outs to hit on the river... thats about 13% to hit. Theres $3,5 in the pot on the turn and $3,20 more to call, you don't have pot odds if you think youre behind --v

But you can't always go odds, if you want to be a good player, when you saw the ace as Radiohead said, you were probably behind, and you should've kept lower, especially since he raised that much, then add more after the river. Nice hand overall though!
