Posts 943 as a standard I would usually suggest folding this hand preflop in the CO but there are some cases where you can make an argument for opening it, at the super micro stakes though I would fold this hand it does appear the BB is really fishy and almost 200bb deep with us which gives more merit to raising pre depending on how well you can handle yourself post flop
