Yup its easy if you got the right mindset. I was a smoker for almost 7 years and was quiting like 7 times and at first I was like you and go "this is so hard, i wont make it, i have to smoke blablabla..."
Then I read a book that just said it's super easy, you just quit and dont think about it and that is that....
I haven't smoked for 3 years now and I dont need to
Go read Allen Carr book about quiting smoking. It helped me |

yesterday i reached the final table of a 3900 entree tourney, i smoked like 10 cigarettes in a hour lol, but at work i dont smoke at all, and i dont have a need for it,
sometimes with friends and alcohol, there are these moments of life, you just have to enjoy with some cigarettes and beer,
i tryed quitting over 100 times, thats why i can easy not smoke when i dont really need it, when its just to "fill the time"etc. |
