Question, wtf is the rake normally for 5-5, 10-25 or 25-50? Anyone know how it ranges from Cali, vegas, foxwoods, atlantic city, Vancouver, Fallsview?
Playground poker in Montreal is:
(5% capped at $14 in 5/10, $25 in 10/25, and $100 in 25/50 PLO which is considered a private game)

I randomly saw an ad on tv for Playground Poker, just outside Montreal. I guess it reopened a couple months ago. I found their site/FB page and went over their action. Seems to have 'decent' action on weekends relatively for Canada but am wondering how it compares and if anyone has been (loco, fayth?)

yes that is what I thought but reading further in the thread, makes sense since most of MTL high stakes is made up of underground games which I have no idea where they are played and they would have insane rake like that too. At least at this place in the High stakes private room is comp. free food (filet mignon etc) drinks, massages, valet. So idk seems ridic but overall idk just wondering if anyone with experience chimes in. |

Man all this casino talk makes me want to hit up the Beau Rivage in biloxi, mississippi. I love dat place, so gewd. All no limit games charge 6$ on the half hour, but the games are so good it doesn't matter. They just switch out dealers every half hour, and ask everyone to put in 6$, very methodical about it. I think I'ma just move there, and quit life. |
