Tom tought me not to move up in a stake unless your destroying the current stake your playing at. I mean in 2 weeks i was up 50 buy in at 6max at 50nl. I plan to play 2 more weeks after i take my RN exam and if i can achieve the same win rate then i'll move back up to 100nl. You need to have a better consistency.

yeh I know its 8 bi and pretty standard variance, I was just super irked because I have to move down

My notes from a BWhale vid if that helps:

Play tight->Get better->Play loose->Move up->Play Tight-> Skip to point 2, rinse and repeat
When you play a pot you need the combination of: Positional advantage, card advantage and skill advantage to play a hand profitably.

This implies that once you beat NL50 by playing tight and you get good enough, you should loosen up as you can balance decreased card advantage with skill advantage - and regrinding at the limit where your skill advantage so big that you can play a lot of 'weak' hands profitably should be super easy.
If its not then maybe you are not ready yet :o

been playing 27/23/7 or so for like 40k hands at nl50 and bustin heads :O wasn't a skill problem today, variance :O I mean, it shouldn't be a nightmare to move back down but its still another like 1 or 2k hands per buyin I have to regrind playing ~6 tables :/

prolly laid down 10 hours/day on poker and moved from nl100 to taking 5/10 shots this year

hard to explain but im just soooo much better at poker then i was in the beginning of the year, last year i probably didnt learn anything.

what have helped me is my retarded shots, and crazy HU matches vs good regs when im underrolled.

seriously, but dont go playing 4 tables vs the thoughest reg above you but getting good at heads up gets u better at 6max also

last 4 months or so ive really felt super comfortable at every 2/4 table ive sat at through the EU sites

Yeah, this just proves my point. How many of the people that play the same limit for 2 years can look you in the eye and truthfully tell you that they did everything they can to become better players and move up. The answer will be exactly 0.
