its total crap, you can get yourself like $300 every 6 months out of the bonuses that are offered (or you can do the freeroll).

if you don't want to do freerolls, just opt-in for Bonus Medals and check back every 6-8 months to see if you have 1600 medals to buy the $300 cash bonus. Only requirement of the program is that you earn 200 fpps for 24 (or 25 or somethin) days out of the month.

Also, for people in the iron man "program" they do 2 cash bonuses a year (mid year/end year) that unlock like deposit bonuses. You get like a $75 or $100 bonus for each month you earned Iron man. That is pretty nice, I suppose.

This, except if you have problems putting in a session a day, then it's a pretty good way to motivate you to play (even though the bonuses are lame).

its actually 600|$ every 6 months since iron man gives you 100$ each month i think its pretty sick i have donde it twice and its good money other than rakeback and it dosen't affect so free moner always nice.

Ironman is actually a nice little bonus. Since you already receive RB, getting the bonuses every 6 months is just a nice little incentive. On top of that, you can choose the monthly freerolls or the bonus medals. And personally being a grinder I have found that the medals are an awesome deal as they increase every consecutive month you reach bronze+, which you can use in the ironman store to purchase cash bonuses or random shit that they have in there.

when i played on ftp, i had no idea wtf this iron man shit was. their explanations and tables were so confusing so i just ignored it x.x
