i don't get why you play NL100 HU then NL25 6max?

NL100 HU is like 100000x swingier than both others and it's way more monies. If you're rolled for NL100 might as well increase your bottom line and just grind NL100 in general don't you think?

It was the other way round ...
I started NL25 + 10$ SNgs today but i didnt manage to be serious .... cause of the low money >-<
I played so bad and did stupid shit all time ...

thats why i added a Nl100 HU session.

Also i think u are wrong about Nl100 HU being swingy
If u table select and be concentrated its probably a lot less variance than 6max.
the big swings i have there come 99% from tilt.

SO u may ask what is my Problem ?
The Problem is i realized i cant control tilt atm ....

Thats why i play these Nl25 and SNg stuff ....
I try to force myself taking poker more serious ...

I havent succeed so far ...

however after another good NL100 HU session i am in the green for the month again.
