So I lost a bit more in omaha because I'm stupid enough to continue playing despite running like crap and today I actually felt that I tilted again. Haven't felt like this for like 6 month. This is not acceptable. From now one I'll keep strictly to 2/4 NL for the next 30k hands, if I make more then 8k I'll move up to 3/6, if I do less I'll probably continue with 2/4. I'm still up for the year, but I feel that it's getting more and more unacceptable. I know poker has it's ups and downs, but my lack of discipline or maybe rather urge to move up quickly is slowing me down. I'll need to be more of a grinder both when I run bad but especially when I run good. No fucking shot taking until I've won back what I've lost the last few days.

Ohh, and "Let the right one come in" or whatever it's called rocked. See it.

Just sent an e-mail to my father with this rules (mostly, not the "make 8k"-thing) and told him that I'd update him with every session and told him that I wouldn't play over 2/4 or play if I lost more then 3bi for the day/session. There's no way in hell I'll fail so that he can see it. I don't care what most people think about me, but his opinion matters too much for me to fuck this up.
