got arrested for possession, paraphernalia, intent to distribute, yada yada yada. fuck my life, etc. trying to figure out how to fuck these cops over and get off this. They may not have had reasonable cause, not to mention they went through close bags in my car which is illegal, as well as going in places not visible on the initial search without reasonable cause. fuck those dudes forreallll

i did consent, didnt realize shit was in my car ffs. im getting the CAD report which will state the description of 2 supposed robbers in the area at the time(supposedly we matched the description or something, which was why we got pulled over). all our shit checked out, not to mention the officer knew my father was a cop due to the badge i have. he then asked to search my car, i consented thinking there wasnt shit in there, and apparently there was from monnnths. so yea. they said intent bc there were ziplock bags, yet no drugs, so idk. all pretty sketchy but all in all i guess i fucked myself

Pretty dumb to consent to a search if you didn't have to. Not sure how U.S. searching laws work but the cops aren't supposed to be allowed to go looking through bags and things unless they are looking for something specific. Either way fuck the U.S. and its retarded drug laws.

Yeah i agree here, when the officer asks to search your car just say "I'm sorry officer, i don't know the law very well so if your asking me for my permission to search my car i rather not give you that permission. I rather talk to my lawyer about this matter first. "
