found a sweet place to live.. going for the viewing tomorrow.. and am pretty likely to rent it out for 12 months. price is kinda steep but i cant stand living at home right now... central london is expensive.. but just gotta put in the hours and pay for it.. whatever.. id rather wake up in the morning and feel great about where i am living and that i know will give me the motivation and drive to work harder... because thats what i want to do.

havent played much poker this week.. up a couple thousand on 2/4.
changing my lifestyle and have been running every morning this week.. cept for today.. rest day.. and been swimming once and have done weights as well.. god i feel great everyday..

why not buy an apartment in the first place? the montly payments can't be much higher then 3.200. |

not the right time to buy
not prepared to set aside a chunk of money
i want to move out right now
parents cant help me get a place right now but will in a year
renting for a year is fine |
