why not buy an apartment in the first place? the montly payments can't be much higher then 3.200.

3200$ is really kinda steep... puts pressure to perform, not much but adding with a lot of other bills it weighs a bunch

Absolutely great layout and style, but considering it is relatively small overall space / just one room even if it is a big one, that rent sounds crazy :o. I love this place though wow

BTW something to consider - if you have a girlfriend you are going to wish you had one more room for your comp, it's a bit restricting playing poker at night when someone is sleeping in the same room, same when the person is awake and distracting you

in the UK most appartments cost that much, in USA its totally cheap to live, here it isnt.

The house im in is nothing special, but in USA it'd easily have its own private swimmingpool
