So I started off December up around 16k, mainly from a solid 10/20 and 25/50 HU session where I played weak competition with relative ease. Today I fell back into old habits, generally playing on autopilot and letting stupid things tilt me to no end. I ended down around 11k which isn't so bad since I'm still up 21k over the weekend. But still it irks me to no end that I still do this, imo its immature and you never see great players blow up like this.

Here's a retarded bluff:

Hopefully I learn my lesson and start playing well again. It's so frustrating to run bad vs. weak players but here it's not like I couldn't overcome that. Of course, theres no way I could actually overcome it playing like that. Tomorrow is a new day...

i'm a low stakes player so i can't tell u shit... but IMO u seem to think that when you are playing against a bad player you should take more marginal spots and bluffs and run with them - IMO you need to spend more time exploiting their weaknesses. Very obvious yes... but that last statement you made about running bad against bad players is bullshit man - you fucking play bad against bad players which is bullshit. You need to out-think the bastards - that's what makes u better. When i used to play first grade tennis - whenever i came up against a massive fucking donkey player i would really really struggle. if the guy was hitting the ball back really hard I would play well - if he was doing gay lollipop shots back to me then i would fucking misplay my shots heaps more often. it was v frustrating because i knew i was a better player.. what i needed to do was outsmart those guys by placing my shots better and being smarter about how i played.. u come up against ppl that u have an advantage over them - put your ego to the side and think about how u can exploit that advantage.

All the best (take or leave my advice - but i might not be where u r in poker but I do alright in "life"
