I've been seriously considering moving to vegas and dealing at a casino 40-60 hours a week while playing part time on the weekends (Friday and Saturday nights seem most lucrative), what do you guys think about pursuing this for 1-2 years?

I figure I could still play a few good sessions per week, while being able to observe the best live pla<x>yers daily. I'd also have the means to be able to handle long-term variance in a city of the magnitude of Las Vegas.

I'm gonna think about this for the next couple weeks, lemme know what you think, pro's and con's.

Would you do it?

if you have a few thousand dollars when u move there it shud be fine, don't move to vegas without any money in bank already though, that would be pretty stupid

lol, i know i wanna be a live player, in salamanca i can play live, but i don't have the luxary of a secondary income unless i want to work for my father, which is like last resort.
I just keep posting the evolution of what I'm thinking I want to do daily, hopefully with some good insights from our fellow community to help me make the best decision possible, since so many players have went through the decision making processes that I am undergoing right now

hey i think it would be pretty fun man

but you'd have to work a lot of hours to make rent and i dont know how easy it is getting a job as a dealer
