I'll assume the computer is legit.

I don't know shit about modern computers. When I purchased my current computer 2.5 years ago, I went on Newegg and found a certain part that had a ton of good reviews, then used the "other people also purchased this" to build the rest of my computer.

Try pcpartpicker.com, besides making sure your system is compatible with itself, it shows you which sites offer the same part the cheapest/free shipping and you can also see recent build histories and copy folks there. Although typically I just find some system builder marathon article for that quarter on tomshardware or something and rip that off.

i bought other stuff seperately like wireless card and etc... but i have corsair h60 water cooler.

I may also suggest comboing pcpartpicker with logicalincrements.com to avoid bottlenecks and unnecessarily expensive parts:
