I am not a Christian, not a Muslim, not a Buddhist -- I am not religious. I believe life relates to something more than passed down stories, passed down moralities, passed down methods of control. Where does my lack of religious belief leave me? Free. I think openly, without prejudice. I embrace my thoughts, your thoughts, the world's thoughts, in a collective boundary-less manner. I believe in the harmonization between equally experiencing the living process, while differently interpreting the living process; The realization of self and introspection of self; The desire for justification and reason; The need of inclusion and option of exclusion; The opportunity of free will, without impedance of surrounding free will. Simply, I believe in being free.

I believe absolutes define us, and we absolutely are defined as free.

I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time

how do you define 'free'. Humans do not get to choose the matter they are made of. Computers think very logically but they didn't have a choice in the way they think, their gods(us) did. Humans are a product of control such as evolution, the atmosphere and stuff.

you can choose to take a shit on your neighbours lawn, where as a computer cannot choose to disobey a command, Everything in the universe follows a certain set of laws (even light's speed is capped). One day we will be able to control / manipulate our own evolution, I suspect then freedom will start to deteriorate since it will likely be controlled by rich people who are tired of poor people not obeying them

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

taking a shit on your lawn or learning to control your evolution, that 'choice' is a product of everything in the universe that has led up to and influenced that decision. i would compare that to the same level of choice a computer gets when you build it and tell it to 2+2.

I am also free of religion. Religion is a set of good intentions that unfortunately usually leads to negative impact. It is a form of segregation of humanity and another facet for descrimination. But just with race, sex, sexual preference, country or kin; religion is not something that should affect how we treat others. I have studied many religions, and beleive that they are all the same; that is to say they are tenets to how to live and be a part of a community. Be good to others, help each other out, mutual respect, etc... whether it is Bible, Koran, Torah, whatever. They all say these things. I think an enlightened mind in our world would be able to find secular reasons to follow these same guidelines without the need for a belief system.
I am not trying to knock religion, if it adds to your life that is wonderful.

i believe in the spirit world.

i believe in free will - yet i believe we are all given 2-3 paths, where 1 always suits us more , or we want more , its in our dna er smthin to make the choice, which gives us absolutely no free will - since we are choosing the choice that was always meant to be chosen, the choice the world knew we would put on the backburner.

I believe freedom is a state of mind, not a place, not a leaders false promises.

Heres some real food for thought :

The pharrohs had people buildings built for them by tens of thousands of ppl (prolly more) - just to remember there name. They forced everyone to be there slave.

We are all slaves to this pharrohlike society < --- my fathers a small business owner in the States. We give over 60 cents on the dollar to the government, one example.
