Cake monies for... anything?by CrownRoyal, March 15
I'm so fucking sick of cake support I'm gonna have to get a fake ID or something to cash out because the address on my ID is my physical address and i receive mail at my PO Box so i dunno wtf how to convince them of this and they just keep sending me cookie cutter replies that always end in "yours faithfully, Sam" I'm sick of sam.
It's unreal how difficult it is to take money off of a site but how easy it is to put it on, assholes.
If its a good site like ftp/stars i'll trade someone @ 10% to you so like 3k for 2.7k
Well the downswing kept coming and it kept coming hard. Been taking breaks and then coming back to play and done some great plays but there's no way to avoid bad beats and coolers. It's funny cause every time I hit a big hand I'm either in a flush under flush or set under set type of situation, or the board turns it into a split by the river. I basically keep getting to say hello to the top of everyones range! =)
Oh well, gonna move down for a bit till I feel better. Lost like 10 buyins over 3 sessions. Gogo 3 buyin stop losses though =)
yey!
Even microstakers have the right to brag amiright ?
NL25 going smooth there are so many people lost, so many short mid stakes who don't have any ideia what they are doing and regulars who are tighter then a catholic virgin ass.
Lol.. yeah I ran a bit poorly but I find 6 max much more difficult and I enjoy the 15 tabling volume, there is always something to click. So now that I decided on FR, I guess next blog I post problem hands.
I really hope, and think I can get to 50nl by the end of this month bar doomswitching.
I fianlly hit the 50k mark for NLHE hands played. I swithced to NLHE right at the start of the year and thigns are going amazing! Im almost rolled for NL25 which is great. Considering Is iad I want to be a regular at NL100 by the end of the year I would say I am for sure on pace for getting there.
Ive been taking shots at NL25 for the last few days and its been going alright. I can defiitly beat those guys though, they really are not good at all and Ive already found a number of great spots to exploit a lot of them. I want to make anohter 6-10 bi's @ NL10 before I move up to NL25 full time but I can probably bang that off this week easily. If games are really good Ill of course jump into a NL25 game.
So hopefully I can make it to NL25 fulltime really soon. I think that its a solid level with plenty of fish and lots of money to be made. Im really happy with the way things are going with my NLHE game and Im really motivated and determined right now which is another bonus.
Motherfucking NL25, motherfucking Marchby ConquistadoR, March 14
What a fcking swingfest. I swear I already hate this limit, it should be so easy but somehow I just dont get anywhere. Maybe its the constant fcking suckouts that I get, but I've witnessed myself doing a lot of bad plays lately too due to tilt. FUCKING SHIT what a waste of time, I should go back and grind 002/005, making 500-600 a month, thats probably more profitable... lol how sad is that.
I really think I should stop 3betting/allin or 4betting PF with AK vs most of the guys here too, always running into some shit and even when I'm ahead, I'll get sucked out anyway.
At least im makign mad sklansky bucks... and mad fpps due to Goldstar... hope to hit platinum soon too. Lol how pathetic that shit is.
I had a good run today, had a few lucky spots, after getting coolerd a few times but hey, finally i'm NOT down anymore for the month, after being -560$ to begin the month.
50nl raped me first part of the month, i'm still trying to become a lot better at the limit. Should work better at it, and not pay off like a donk to see that i'm beaten like i thought so.
Today i won 300$ at 50nl, making me break even for the month, gotta keep working 50nl, don't wanna go down tot 25nl anymore, up tot 100nl plz, but that's not for the near future
Oh yea, thx to u guys for previous advice, really helped a lot.
Posted my stats of today, if any of u guys have advice on that, it would help a lot and is very appreciated
After moving down for confidence reasons and playing NL50, I was winning at something like 10ptbb/100, so I came back to NL100 with some confidence regained...
33 < 56 on 7735 for over a BI.
JJ < TT when he openshoves 75bb (lol quads)
AA < KK when he uses ridiculous sizing (lol quads)
KK < AA limp/shove
AK < AA limp/shove
A8dd < K5o on Q82dd when he c/overshoves
flopped set < some shit on a 4 flush 4 straight
So was doing ok - then downswung and was told to quit crying by LP. Well you know what LP? I have quit crying and I have matured so much as a poker player and am ready to make some progress. I cashed out my roles and went to Oklahoma for the 1/2 game at the Winstar Casino. Was sitting with the biggest stack two out of the three days I was there at 1/2 (Bought in for $200 and 1st day I sat with $850, 2nd day I sat with $1850, and third day I sat with $1650 (These were three different sessions)) Anyways. So I made good cash there and came home deposited $600 on UB ran that up to $1300 in two days and cashed it out. Now I am back on Stars with another $600 deposit which I just ran up to $975. So life is good (found out my girlfriend IS NOT pregnant which was a huge concern lately) and poker is good. Going back to the Winstar April 9th.
Finally ran bad today and lost 3.5 buyins in 200 hands. Nothing worked, nothing hit, and I made one spew by triple barell bluffing in a bad spot. Didn't get tilted at all, just played solid and won some of it back to have a 1.5 buyin loss.
Kind of a relief to run bad after running so good for a while. It wasn't feeling like real poker. To always win flips and nearly always hit flops that I can maneuver on was crazy. Everytime a shortstacker shoved if I had 99-JJ they'd have overs and miss. Finally today I get it in with JJ vs a shortstackers shove and he has AA.
It's like, this shit has to happen eventually. When it doesn't happpen for a long stretch of time I just start thinking "wtf, this isn't right". Also I played the last several months where I got nonstop raped by bad variance, so I'm much more accustomed to this stuff than the long heaters.
It was nice to play a session where I didn't run like god and still feel like I played well. I was worried that when I started to run even or bad that I'd lose my touch or mindset or that maybe I'm just winning only cause of a heater, but despite the rape being dropped on me in every hand I felt really confident. So it's reassuring to know that I'll be ok no matter how the variance comes.
Anyway, overall good month so far. Excited to keep playing. If I keep running bad I'll probably play some NL100 or NL50 HU. If I start running godly again I'll keep doing NL200.
