my brother has been dead for about 6 months now. and my parents and i talk frequently on good terms. my father and i often go to bars, my mother smoked a little pot with me here and here. we all old steady 40h a week jobs so we dont get much time together (mybe an hour a nite) anyway....

i live in nyc queens. last thursday i was arrested in a park playing handball. i got arrested by 4 under cover cops who arrested me and my 2 freinds for smoking pot. cuffed me there , took me down to the station where i waited about 6 hours in a cell with 12 other people that was no bigger than 4x6 - (no exaduration) it had a bench to seat 2. i was then cuffed together in a chain like fasion to 6 other people in the cell where we got on a bus to go to central booking. its about 12 midnight now and we get there. we unload and we are put past the medic and have our mugs taken (yet again) and we get to the first cell. from there i waited no more than2 hours where i was put into another cell where i remained the nite. i got out of that cell about 9am. i was moved to the next cell where i was given a legal aid lawyer to rep me in my case. im in that cell for about 2 hours when im called to the enxt cell. from there i waited about a half hour and i was arraigned. stook infront of a court of about 50 including officials. the case judging took 2 min, i was charged with a class E misdemeanor and i get ACD for 1 year. acd is not as close to probation but its sort of like that. if i be good the charges are dropped. i go home.
so now lets fast foward a week to today.
im in a car ganna smoke with a few freinds and we pull over to get some paper. the next thing i know from the back seat, under cover cops are around the car and they pull us out. i was with 2 boys and a chick i knew. they search all of us were all clean but the one kid holding the pot. they find it and yet again cuff us all and take us down to the station.....one of the arresting undercovers was the SAME one who arrested me last week.... a FUCKING WEEK AGO. so we get donw there and were doing fucking print and mug shots again. then one of the the detecs say about 5 hours into it yea were about to get u guys outa here give us 15 min...so an hour goes by and he gets us these papers with court dates on them. we have to show up at court april 28th 9am for the case.... i have NEVER been let out of a station EVER when i was arrested and i havee been twice before this. i have always been sent to central bookings where id bounce cell to cell for a 20 or 30 hours. i feel like i was blssed with a night tonight. i had my mind set i was not ganna be home for another fucking 30 hours babyyy. i can shit on my toilet , take a shower and smoke BLUNTZZZ.. fuck u cock suckers see u in court
i haven't been putting in the volume i have wanted to, but i had a lot of personal issues come up at the beginning of the month which prevented me from putting in the hours. Anyways, i haven't been this tilted in a long time but oh wells, i've been playing my A game for the most part when I have played so yeah...it will turn...hopefully. How do I do this effectively? Right now I'm tempted to just use checks, since Moneybookers is owning the crap out of me. So many problems it's ridiculous. Mostly it's my bank being retarded, and me not being able to find the physical address of MB or where to e-mail their support. It only has a complaint center and some crap FAQ on site.

My question is what is a good enough hand sample to find out a true(ish) winrate. On my new database I've played ~80k hands over 1 1/2 months and PT3 has me running at 2.08 which is 4bb I'm assuming. I'm trying to be realistic here and want to know how many more hand I should play before I "accept" my winrate.

where the redline changes directions there has definitely been a change in my play.. can't really describe why, honestly, but I just started playing a lot weaker (Folding to more cbets, not continuing bluffs, 3betting less type of stuff). will focus on turning that around and make sure I am playing just 3 tables again until I do so.
hardly played since the 6th but that has kind of been the plan. going to put like 1k hands/day in for the next 5 days to realize my "get to 10k hands 3-4 tabling and re-evaluate" goal

So the shots of 400 nl are not going very well as first i managed to make +6 buy ins,
But then i started running so unbelievably bad that i have lost 5K $ in my last 3 sessions. All sort of rubbish happened. And i actually played good... FML, this shit is getting on my confidence. Need to redeem myself as soon as the seasonal runbad decides to end. How ever i think I will still try to play 400 nl and not move back to 200 nl since i have a little more space on my banroll to drop deeper between the ass cheeks.
Cashing out that is. Made my first 2 cashouts in a year this week, totaling $600, hyuk! I rolled myself 40 BI's for NL50 HU with the intention of getting coaching from f4zi. But we could never get a time scheduled for a lesson so I watched a few HU vids to acclimate myself with the game and just decided to take a shot on my own, I mean if I kill it, then who needs coaching? FTP only allows for $600 deposit at a time so even though I had allocated $2000 for it, thats all I ever had in my account. I grinded up to $1388 when I made the sequential cashouts, namely just because I wanted to see what I felt like to cashout for once again lol. Figured might as well make it $600 so I'm technically freerolling the rest, although I made sure never to actually look at it in that manner.
Of course it was only a matter of time before FTP showed their true colors. I was simply in run hot mode at the start because I hadnt deposited in awhile. After 4000 hands it was time for FTP's auto-balance system to spread the wealth to other fish, and I promptly lost the remaining money with nut flushes, flopped sets, 2 pairs, and several TP hands all to runner runner this and that. With $150 left I sat at a NL200 table to chase it back, sat around for about 40 hands when this happened:

Of course he's running 44/41 with a 37% 3bet rate, and im running 18/15 so clearly im raising lightly UTG and he should 3bet JT oop and proceed to stack off vs an ace with 2nd pair no kicker. I never have a hand here, even 40 hands into the game, gosh I'm so transparent.
So since I was never able to get any HU coaching which was the entire basis of wanting to play again, I think after buying 2 cars last month I'm gonna pay off some debts, save a little for a vacation, work my shitty job who continues to lay people off when they're not voluntarily quitting to work for our competitors, and just see where this crazy life takes me!
