Yeah this is really it imo. I'll think someone is 3betting me light so I'll 4bet with like 55 or KQ and they'll snap ship and I feel comitted, or even level myself that the 5bet is a bluff and call and they have like TT or QQ. This is usually after I do in fact see them 3betting me with J9o or something and it just sticks in my memory forever. I keep thinking that if I play ABC i'll just get run over by an onslaught of cbets and preflop raises. I'll try to tone it down.
