today i was going through the drive-thru at arby's and i ordered the beef n cheddar combo with a jamocha shake. when i pulled up to the window the girl there had to be one of the hottest i've ever seen, like 10/10 even with the goofy uniform. so i take a deep breath and become focused on not doing anything stupid.
i take out my wallet and give her a $10 bill, she gets my change and hands me my shake. i'm feeling pretty good about my performance so far, breathing is normal and i acted pretty calm and confident imo.
i roll up my window and take off..then just as i'm about to turn on to the road i look in my rearview mirror and see the girl sticking her head out the drive-thru window with a confused look on her face, holding the bag with my sandwich and fries. i hit the gas and drive away asap
tomorrow until sunday big beach event here in germany just party 18-20h every day and some hours sleep haha itll b awesome, lets hope weather will be ok..

Went to France last week, and stepped in the local casino. since this year i have been steadily gaining weight around the gut area, ive been fat before when i was like 14 then went thin and fit for like 10 years. i know how to lose weight, but it seems since poker and turning past 35 it feels impossible to stop gaining weight. ive heard of p90x and thinking of any exercise machine i can buy, any suggestions guys? i just wanna be fit and dont care if im not "healthy", its bad lol but just wanna fit in my pants again and not keep wearing track pants everday. suggestions thx

Still earning a steady 5-6 nl50 buyins everyday i play ,like 6/7 a week,for like 5hours each day.
playing ~3 tables of nl50
~2 tables of nl100
and i add up a nl200 FR table, nitting it up more there :>
Great news i managed to find a guy from the "inside" granting me 50%
(YEA THATS FIFTY PERCENT!) rakeback which is huge considering the rake is huge aswell.
too bad site is not supported by hem or pt3 so i cant calculate the rake or the bb/100 and post any graphs.

most of my losses come from 550 hu and mtts and $2000 in hyper turbos. now ive put a limit on my account to stop me playing the 550s and i just been avoiding the hyper turbos like the plague. I wasnt sure whether or not to knock mtts on the head. I was hoping for a $75k year after mtt scores were coming thick and fast at the tail end of last year. Not looking likely at all.
ive earnt 230k vpps this year and got 680k fpps to play with. got over $5000 in milestone bonuses and BOP bonuses so its not all bad.
I just felt the need to brag about winning 100 buy ins. I Have ok stats for $110 and $220 hu and if there is any players that want to step up from the 33-55s im happy to let you watch me play and watch you play for a bit see if i would do anything differently. PM me if interested.

at last im making the best decisions, not tilting, and being content if i feel im good for the day and quit completely. no more mini tilty sessions helps me grind out winning months and since the baby is here to keep me busy, although him crying every damn hour tilts me, i dont spend my whole day playing poker now and actually look forward to my sessions. so up about 4k overall inc some rakeback so ill be staying at 50nl till the end of the month before taking my shot again at 100nl. cheers
I've been experimenting with not checking my cashier and HEM since the end of last month. Its been.. really good. I haven't felt really stressed out at any point this month. So far I've tried setting a date upon when I can next check my cashier, which was OK as far as I only had a couple times with a strong desire to check. Since the 15th I decided to try checking every 10k hands and see how that feels
I think I'll keep avoiding results.. Not sure if I'll settle on one way in which I like doing it, or if I will just mix it up to keep it interesting.
Anyway this is one of the times I can check! Unfortunately my red line has started going down again, it seems.. Not sure.. I will pay attention to it though.. :/ Red line dropping too fast at nl100 but I only have 5k hands there so meh (down 2bi). My redline is pretty stable over my 20k hands at nl50 tho, down $250 over that period. Meh I'll just keep trying to play well.
in british english we are brought up from birth to automatically feel inclined to say "please", "thanks" and "sorry" in a massive variety of social situations.
the nature of please and thanks, and sorry, is something of great interest - and importance.
let me get to the point quickly:
have you ever found yourself saying "sorry" when obviously you are not at fault?
have you ever found yourself saying "sorry" just because it was something you automatically say?
have you ever found yourself saying "thanks" when you have no reason to be grateful?
have you ever found yourself saying "thanks" when you've felt a simple nod of the head would surfice?
have you ever found yourself saying "please" and wondering if you sound like a pussy?
have you ever found yourself wondering why you say "please", "thanks" or "sorry" or any number of other social terms and wondering why in all honesty are they required?
one classic british example is when you pass a person in a narrow corridor whilst at work (eg a nursing home or office when people are passing by one another constantly).
in this example, you are in a hurry and have passed two dozen people already that day. You walk down the corridor and a person stands aside to let you pass.
you have the option of responding in several ways:
saying "thanks", a nod of the head, or by in future occaisions standing aside yourself in order to let a person pass in a reflection of mutual respect.
in my experience:
personally, if i stand aside for someone who is hurry by me, and they do not say "thanks", it does not bother me. i expect them to show the same respect to me when i am hurry by them (ie standing aside for me), and do not require other physical acknowledgement.
personally, if someone stands aside for me when i am hurry by, if i do NOT say "thanks!" or offer some other social jibe such as "whoops!" or something equally retarded, then that person who has stood aside for me TAKES GREAT AND LASTING OFFENSE, AND OFTEN MAKES A LOUD REMARK SUCH AS A SARCASTIC "THANK_YOUUU_". that person will continue to bare a grudge and their opinion of me will decrease and they will find me rude and start to hate on me.
another examples:
someone crashes into you in the street, obviously their fault. you say "excuse me" or "sorry".
another example:
someone says "good morning" to you (or to the world) as they enter work. you say "hey there" or "good morning" back. except that they dont hear you. they then repeat, in a very agitated tone "GOOD MORNING??????" and become pissed off as if you personally disrespected them.
another example:
i go into a store and ask for directions to the bank. the middle-aged woman tells me the directions. i say "thanks, bye". the woman responds with "thankyou!". i feel a little bad for her.
this social brainwashing is terribad in england and i can only imagine it is even worse in the USA from my limited but retarding experience in that country.
i believe that certain cultures (such as Bulgaria?) have far more sensible cultural etiquittes that do not border on religion.
i could go into more detail but hopefully it isnt necessary. no im not some socially-retarded freak, i just dont want to conform to obviously retarded over-standards that are expected by ESPECIALLY older people in certain places ive experienced.
im watching the film Religulous which is a documentary by a guy like Larry David.
he goes around various christian organisations questioning them about their beliefs.
its a well known film and a "must watch". its a great film to watch whilst drinking because its funny and interesting.
half way through it is illustrated that at least 3-4 other religious figures PRECEDED jesus (sometimes by centuries) but also exhibited very very similar qualities to his tale, ,for example:
born on the 25th dec, born of a virgin, baptised in a river, done miracles such as walk on water and heal the sick, rose from the dead.
one of these is the egyptian god Horus.
i havent any research regarding this since im still watching the film, but it had kinda shocked me. id never heard of this before.

Ive never been a big grinder.. Could play 8-12 tables for 1-2 hours but not more.. But since beginning of july I realized it would be nice to hit SN this year..
I didnt play on stars a lot this year until june.. had like 20k vpp, made 8kish in june and now already 11kish in july so SN is definitely doable easily
trief PLO today and its a rollercoaster.. need to be rolled better for it lol ^^
