Right, so I was planning to start my foray tomorrow and take a day off today, but I was too bored so I decided to throw in a few hands since it's Sunday and lots of 5/10 games going right now.

+2.3k in 332 hands, now I'll take the day off. Good discipline.

The villian in this hand is 26/15/2.16. I only played with him a few times a while ago on 3/6 when he would sit alone on FR tables and I'd play him heads up. My feel for him was that he was not so much nitty as just kind of passive and very uncreative, almost to a donkish extent. However he's playing 5/10 6-max now so it'd probably be safe to assume that he improved some; during the hand I wasn't thinking too much, but after the hand it occurred to me that maybe it would have been better to shove the turn rather than flatcall, since I honestly had no idea if he shoved the river whether or not I'd call. I mean he obviously shoves if he has AT, but apparently he's not shoving QT so after having seen this hand I should fold to a river shove in this situation next time, but obviously I didn't know he'd c/f the river with QT at the time. Ace is a bad turn card to bluff on but I'm not sure that he knows that. Maybe I should've just shoved the turn and try to get a call out of JT/QJ rather than call him down and hope he fires the rest of his money on a bluff, just seems like I have too many retarded ass river decisions. I mean, if he's smart he'll call a turn shove with JT/QJ fairly often since most of the time my line is a bluff if I shove the turn, but I have no idea whether or not he'll be thinking on that level. I dunno. Guess I shoulda just 3-bet/call the flop and make the entire hand easier.

Anyway yeah, gonna chill and start back up tomorrow.

Well, as you might guess, this is a graph of my last 5 days – two 15+ buyin downswings, about 95% at 3/6. I’ve had isolated bad days before, but this qualifies as my second worst bad streak ever, and the worst one nearly broke me mentally. So, I figured I might as well do all I can for turning a bad thing into a positive mindset, so I’m going to convert this shitty streak into a good excuse for moving up to 5/10 and trying to take another shot at becoming a regular and maybe make some money if the planets are properly aligned. I’ll post some more shit later, but this blog is going to be completely about poker mostly for the sake of me keeping my head on straight, keeping focused, not getting unnecessarily depressed about this shit, and venting bad luck so that I can spare my friends and acquaintances. I’ll post graphs/PT shots whenever I feel like it and also link to some hands that were interesting or worthy of discussion/justification.

I know it’s a pretty fagass thing to start a blog, but I’m running like shit and I want my mentality about poker to be confined to poker and not leak out into the rest of my life and depress me. Plus I never claimed not to be a fag so whatever. If I become comfortable again at what I’m doing, I’ll stop posting in this, but until then I’ll try to keep all of my poker-related frustrations in here so that nobody else is bothered and I can keep my emotional slate clean.

played about a thousand hands and went up 3 BI. Pretty standard day, only have 1 hand i'm not 100% sure on. Other than that, couldn't be better. Parents got me a back massager (for the bed) for my bday...that's very +EV.

This blog sucks, but ill keep it as something to keep track of my wins and losses. I played 2 sessions today at 30/60 razz, one for -224$ profit and the other for a 401$ profit, making it a day of 178 dollars. I might of played for an hour over those two sessions so not bad. 178/h is nothing I will complain about, but I was up a whole lot more, so kind of sour about that. I ran two big bluffs too, holdem style but I wont show em cuz I dont want to reveal my genius

So I guess Ive played about 6 sessions this week and imma do some math

It's 6pm here and I just woke up. All I know is that I was drinking at my friends place yesterday. Until 1am everything was fine. Then? Dunno. I've got a painted mustache and some words on my hands, which are bleeding a bit by the way. I'm in my room and I don't know where is my t-shirt. And I'm still ultra drunk. Gonna meet up with my mate so he could tell me what happened yesterday. Need to eat sth as well. I also need to visit my aunt. Dunno why but she called me and asked when I am going to come. Hopefully nothing like birthday etc.

Last 2 weeks were pretty crazy. My mum and my brother are out of town. Drunk 24/7. Gonna write a bit more later.

Pokerwise I haven't played almost at all but yesterday I won over 1k on nl300 so it's ok. On Tuesday I'm going to Spain to visit my friends.

Cashing out and being broke.

It's a vicious cycle, I cash out soooooo much money, hit a bad streak and fall down to $200 or less, grind up to 1k in less than a week and I fall down again.

It's killing me that I'm not at higher stakes yet, I can crush lowstakes hardcore I should give a 5bb/100 shot at higher stakes and quit playing SNG/MTT because they are fucking gay.

I started out my day down a couple hundred... but let's just say I made a big score at a table that I shouldn't have been at. I need to learn not to play above my br, but I'll take the big pot i won there anyway. Then I played in the VIP 100k freeroll on pstars. I made the money in that after being on the road and not playing for the first 40 minutes of the tourney. 50 bucks is 50 bucks. So anyway I made about twice what i need to on a daily basis to get by. This gives me the extra leeway I was hoping to have come Monday or Tuesday as I think I'm gonna play a lot of golf (possibly 36 holes). The only problem with that is that I have the opportunity to make it to Platinum Star, if i can pick up 900 VPP over the next 3 days. For many of you this is no problem, however, at the lower limits I play, this can be tough. As long as I devote the appropriate amount of time, i'm sure i'll get there.

Also, I got someone to trade me money onto Full Tilt. This will definately help me with my game selection. I count tell you how many times I've been unable to find a game i like at pstars. It will take some time to get to know the people at FT, but from what I see i think the play is actually weaker there, but I have a pretty small sample size to base this on. Is it just me or does it seem like it will take a lot longer to earn a significant amount of Full Tilt Points, than it does to earn a significant amount of FPPs on Pstars?

Also, a fun question.... What's the coolest thing you've ever bought with consierge service on pstars? I've heard a new computer system from a friend recently... thought i'd ask.

Since it seems to be the custom here at LP.net to make a post whenever anything about watches comes into life, I figured I'd follow suit.

This is the first real watch I've gotten. I've had a few shit ones when I was younger and a digital or two for reffing, but that's it. Just your bottom of the line Timex, that's about it.

But now, I've got an old 70s Longines wind-up watch. It's pretty cool. Of course, I've got pics, or else 1) it didn't happen and 2) you guys would kill me (or just downvote my blog).

last couple days have been some weird drunk times. we had a couple of mean ass water balloon fights. i fucking tagged some chick right in the tits and she basically collapsed. i was throwing rockets baby.

i know i look gay but we traded shirts with the girls. i took one for the team so we could see a quick flash of bra action. not worth it but when you are drunk it sounds like a solid idea.

after my casino trip at vienna playing nl 200 i sit a freinds account for winnign the hand race.
vienna was rly fun coz i met a very cool guy from liquidpokah called defjammer.
the first day was very frustrateing i was up like 2 buyins there which is huge coz its euro and i palyed only nl 100 but after eating smth i lost 2,5 buy ins.the day afteri finished 5th in a 24€ tour for 240$ wich was good. but the next two days were the hell.
i crushed close to all of my bankroll coz of cold decks and beats...
only notable hand was my QQ hand where i rasied 8bb pre which is stadnard at life poker called by maniac
flop 87J i betted he raised i went all in for 180€ he called with 89... sHIP it...but wtf turn came the TEN
yeah gay...
so from my 3.XXX br to a like 400-600$ br which is very gay coz i ran solid at nl 100 and now ive to grind penny tables. but to increase my bankroll i play for a freind so i get 1/5 of the promotion winnings which is 200 i guess.
and i get 50% rakeback so isnt that bad.
but i ran rly bad online at the tables everytime the same shit which everyone knows. badbeats bla shit.
but good thing is myfreetime. so i will grind my way back.another toruney win wouldnt pain me ;P

I just played some 30/60 razz, was up 300, down 300, up 300 again, down 1000, and then finally finished up 406 and got the f out of the room. This game has crazy swings, and I know im gonna go on a sick downswing one day, and hope I can keep my emotions in control. I sucked out in a key pot, and it was a super suck out which was induced by super tilt, and im not going to show it due to embarassment, but other than that I played probably the best I ever have. Seriously people say razz is boring, but it isnt. I would say its exciting but I dont think everyone would agree with that. I think it is fair to say that it is one of the sickest games poker has to offer. If not the sickest. I heard omaha is big on swings too, so I will leave that to the public to decide.

I also won the biggest pot of my life, and I think OnlyPlayRagz played it pretty horridly. I dont think he is very good, but I sucked out on him hard, so im not gonna get too much into him. He probably thinks im junk too

I know most of you dont understand razz strategy, but usually if I think my opponents board is craptastic, and I have a 9 lo, I raise it, but usually i try and put myself on a nice 6 or wheel draw just in case he has a good hand. With just a 7 lo draw, I dont know what he is hoping for. Then on 6th he leads out and gets raised, im thinking if he was really good he should fold, but nobody folds there ever. Good thing I hit that ace on 7th and he didnt or id be shitting my pants.

Work is almost over and I can't wait for it to be over so I can go back to school. Made about 6k there over the summer, ship ship. Still not sure what i want to do when i grow up but I have some time to figure it out.

The reason I'm not at 50nl yet is because I started w/ 50$ so im sitting right around 640 and will probably start to take shots around 750. This is my whole July graph so as you can see I havent had much time to play, but hopefully with work ending I can put in some decent hands/day
