Rackebacklovers.com ( after the 3 month i will get 30-50% depending on how many FPPs i gather)
First this sounded too good to be true
but it seemed they were quite a quality site and they also offered some of the random rakeback deals any site offers
Like FullTilt poker 27% rakeback etc.
3 days left and nothing happend.
I wrote to support of rakebacklovers
they replied :

I miss poker
Yesterday before i went to bed i checked the $ - € exchange rate.
I do this from time to time and i am happy cause i changed from $ to € lately joining Unibet poker.
on the bottom of this site was a guy who said he is a high stakes poker player from germany playing the highes stakes available
(probably Schniblor ? ^^ since he is the only german online poker player playing the highest stakes available)
and wants advice if he should change from $ to euros now or if there is a chance $ will recover in the future.
Funny thing was the replies from the financial experts didnt even adress his original question..
they made fun of him being a poker player and how he is a stupid gambling addict and how lol poker is and all.
They send him a link for a gambling addict Forum on the internet.

But what i found was beyond everything i expectet.
People telling their online poker stories and how they lose money everday. Begging to find help for quitting their addiction
Others were replying and wishing them the best of luck to get rid of the gambling hell that is online poker
They told stories how they were big losers online but finally managed to quit poker and now have a better life.
There were field reports from former online poker players and how they needed 3 years to find out its all luck.

my Downswing ended
I didnt stand the feeling of not having played 1 hand of poker for 11 days in a row ...
so i did 2 small sessions yesterday >_<
I changed to Unibet for rakeback and euro currency
played
like 300 hands or so
+ 40$ ( 27,50 €)
didnt get Pokertracker to work yet ( but i guess i ll fix the problem in the future)
So after losing 350$ in 2500 hands on NL50 / NL25 Stars before i took the 11day break
it feels good to finaly have a winning session again
Furthermore it feels good to play some hands of poker after 11 days break due to University tests.
but now i must take a 11 day break again .. since i have so much tests comming up.
I guess after i finished the tests i will probably play a TON of poker
i really miss the daily grind.
PS : lol Unibet tables are so fucking fast.

Stars = 70 hands/h on 6max
i timed out like 3 times during the sessions while 2 tabling
So i am still on poker break due to university stuff T_T
I did good in my last 2 exams and i am pretty sure i passed them
i still have 5 more tests to come from 30.1 to 8.2 >_<
after that i will return to poker and grind out like mad

I also Intend to change from Pokerstars to Unibet.
Pokerstars Software ist the absolut nutz ( especially the fact that u can totally customize backgrounds)
However there are 2 things that i dont like
1. Its in $
1.1
Despite the fact , that lots of people claim the $ wont lose value anymore in the future
Its basically been on a free fall since i started online poker in December 2006.
The development has been steady fall from € = 1,25$ to € = 1,47$
thats a fucking 15% over 1 Year
here u can see the developement of the euro compared to the USD in the last 2 years.
to be honest i dont see this stopping soon.
I am afraid it will be 1,58$ or even 1,65$ in the long run.
1.2 Its a nice feeling to be independent from currency variance since when i play in € all the stuff i have to pay for here in ger is in euros anyways.
2.) Rakeback
Stars has FPP which are kinda okay ... still on low limits its not really as good as rakeback
since all u can do with your FPPs is buy in 10+1$ tournaments by winning 70FPP sattelites.
on Unibet i found one where u get
30% rakeback when u earn 100€ - 999€ rake a month
40% rakeback when u earn 1000€ - 2499€ rake/month
50% rakeback when u earn 2500€ + rake /month
planning to play like 30 K hands a month of NL30 ( Nl 20€) this should earn me ~ 150 € (225$) extra a month which is >>> playing 70FPP sattelites on stars.
3.) I am aware of the problematic that the rake cap on € sites is 3€ instead of 3$
However this will not affect NL30 since an all-in with fullstacks will produce exactly 2€ = 3$ of rake
therefore there is no difference to Nl25 stars.
And i plan to grind out NL30 ( Nl20€) for some month before moving up
didnt play poker for 3 days
yesterday i had my first university test for this semester and i think i did okay
not sure if i passed it since we needed a fucking 70% of the points to pass >_<
It were 5 pages with 5 questions each 3-4 points we had 90 minutes to write the test.
well i answered most of the questions pretty fast but i am not sure if i managed to be 70% + in points.
there is a chance though
so after the test yesterday my next test is on 23.1 ( wednesday next week)
i thought i could play some poker today ;P
got anal raped - 5 1/2 buy ins on Nl25 in 600 hands
so last 2 sessions were horrible >_< - 3 buy ins on Nl50 and now - 5 1/2 on Nl25

for tilt control
and even though its kinda old ( from 2001) its still a very nice game.
maybe i ll do a short evening session since i cant play poker for the rest of the week
and most likely for the rest of the whole month
( today is the only day where i have like a bit of time in January)
