most stuff won't work if you're dehydrated or don't have enough carbs in your system but I wouldn't take that 5hr thing anyways. I heard it tastes like shit. Also, if you're full, it'll take a while longer for something like that to take effect.

this is the best energy drink imo. keeps me awake and focused for 5 hours

I generally drink the "energy" Vitamin Water to wake up (yellow kind). It's only got 50mg of caffeine or something but somehow if I drink a cold one it really makes me alert. Probably mostly placebo or something.

if you dont believe me drink 1 of those when you're drinking, you'll stay up two+ hours longer than you should have and be blacked out for the duration of the amount of time you should have been passed out.

I used to drive all over the USA on ridiculous time constraints and those things were my fuel through a lot of it.

tbh though i have 0 caffeine tolerance because i never drink soda so that could have a lot to do with it

5 hour energy = vitamin b and caffeine = all you need
