from my experience of breaking even for the last 4months and prior to that losing money like i hated it, i can truly say that getting involved in an activity other than poker was really helpful to cope with long ass swings and runbad, i got coaching bought a pet dog (which i love btw) then everything started to click again. im actually liking poker now more than ever, doesnt matter if i still breakeven or lose, i just let go of the "goals" we set on ourselves which are really unrealistic sometimes. just do something else night to get ur emotions out of poker and start treating it as a game once again.

If you really want to get better, I suggest strongly re-evaluating your game and going through your database. It would especially help if you could get your hands on a winning person's database and using HEM's filters to find leaks in your game.

I think most of the time when people talk about sd/non-sd graphs they have no clue what they're actually talking about, but in this case you are definitely leaking money in non-sd and there can be many reasons for it. If I had to take a totally random guess, I would assume you might have a leak when facing 3bets and/or turn spots where you don't barrel.

I will look for other ways to evaluate my game than what I've been doing for sure.

No idea who could possibly want to upload some massive database for me to compare with :/ not so sure I want to pay PTR for hands either (Since I don't like what ptr does and all lol). I might if I must though.
