Its 7Handed, and 66 Has a solid equity against most hands and awesome implied odds against High Pairs...
Add some PF Fold Equity and I think you got a pretty decent point.

(+Anyone semi-competent will notice your set mining sooner or later)

ur on a good way to become realy good player
ur problem is that ur giving too much credit to players on lowstakes
limiping is usualy bad.. reason is on theoretical side and it cant be calculated easy or precise (but amount ur losing by limping is very small but still biger then 0 (if everyone folds to big blind , u cant force him to make mistake b/c he can always check ) on other side limping gives u alot .. by giving u oportunity to mix up ur plays etc... that's a good side
limping behind def. isn't bad b/c ur hand cry for multiway pots
limping EP on micro stakes with low PP is OK if u are limp/calling and table is full of bad players
playing low pp oop postflop can be very tricky and hard to play so i dont mind if ur trying to keep pot small when ur oop and waiting for big hand (and it's not going to be big problem to take money from the fish anyway (even if pot is limped))

i dont mind raising or folding low PP it's realy player dependent and knowing ur opponents and table dynamics
i know players that profitable raise all hands that they play from every position and they are still good winers

^ obv this is in general and ofc nothing against u ( i wrote this b/c i see bunch of micro stakes player here talking about this so i think maybe this can help u )

and btw i like raising here b/c we are double deep and implied odds goes skyrocket up

I play 200bb deep 6Max, there is no limping of 66+ PP ever, fish or no fish-I still play so many hands with them they would notice sooner or later unless completely tarded ;o I just Call20 when somebody raises...

(Oh and the roughly 80% C/Bet success I get by choosing correct spots is also a plus)
I know I can't play like this NL10 because its 100bb deep and nobody folds anything but thats why I don't play it.

P.S. I have also Raise20 rule and do it only when I got position on the loose guys.

limping 66 there is most certainly the correct play and you're wrong in every aspect if you disagree

WHAT IS THIS

CrownRoyal   United States. Apr 14 2009 14:12. Posts 11386

i very rarely limp btw but that is definitely a spot where you shouldnt raise 66

LemOn[5thF]   Czech Republic. Apr 14 2009 14:46. Posts 15163

Well I would raise less if the table is oblivious enough, but yeah with 3 limpers the full pf raise is too much unless we know that either all will call or just one ;o
