well its simple

I MADE THE MAP but its an ums. so its not a random location
but first game i didnt tell him where i put my base

but second game the base was still at the same spot, and crown knew this, but he still accepted the bet

There isn't randomness in start locations in UMS maps I don't think and defnintely not on this map we have been playing.

My point is that shouldn't the bet be the same in that I should get to pick my random start location? It's my stupidity for not realizing it beforehand but i told him before even 5 seconds in that it wasn't fair and i wanted to leave so it's not like i played it out and then cried.

we never agreed for a random location on the second game
only on the first

but the basis and only way the bet is even remotely fair and not burning money is a random start location it's immoral to even play that bet out in my eyes

well the kerrigan bet, the only way it is even remotly fair is kerrigan being locked

for those who are wondering about the kerrigan bet,

crown had a 1000 life, 50 damage, 5 armor kerrigan, along with tons of things (2 ccs, 12 scvs, 4 ports, 4 bunks, 4 turrets, 2 magellan)

and all i had was vision + 2 computers + 1 canon and a pylon

so its obvious if kerrigan isnt locked theres no way i can win

No because i didnt know going into the game how my units were even locked. I didn't know that it would work, and it was fair within the rules of the set bet.

on second game we never specified it had to be random

if u wanted it to be random its obvious u had to ask me to remake the map or something. u knew it wouldnt be random dont lie

I don't play BW, but imo it sounds like CR noticed the flaw of the game a couple of seconds in to the game wanting to abort,
if nothing in the game had happened i think you should have agreed to do so. Technically I think the bet should still stand,
but you hustled yourself to an easy win and from an ethic point of view I think you should let CR pull out from the bet.

but crown did many similar hustles.

one of em was, he had to guess whether 1 alan shectar + 5 gol would beat his mojo+artanis+1 scout
and he just ran around the map for hours..... until i alt tabbed and he slowly got my gols down

so i dont feel bad doing one too

that isn't a hustle i picked the scouts because they had shields

Royal is right. cbf really elaborating beyond that the first bet is legit because you both agreed to the same conditions. What happens DURING the game is irrelevant to those stipulations.
Second game you both did not agree on the same conditions, that being that crown gets to pick his location.

The difference to what is during the game and what is a condition is that the condition is agreed on prior to the game and is an important factor in whether or not crown agrees.
The digging out of the minerals happens during the game and floofy makes it clear that he did not have that in mind when making the agreement.
